1. Platform Nature & Independent Contractor Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the HandyFabricator technology platform, websites, and associated mobile applications ("the Platform").

HandyFabricator operates as a digital technology and coordination platform connecting independent trade specialists, fabricators, and finishing contractors ("Partners") with project opportunities and clients. Registration or participation on the Platform does not constitute an employment, joint venture, agency, or partnership relationship. Partners operate as independent contractors.

2. Structural Status Boundaries & Readiness Semantics

HandyFabricator strictly enforces independent architectural stages for partner participation:

• Account / Workspace Status (ACTIVE_PARTNER): Reflects that an applicant has registered and is recognized within the platform workspace. Account activation does not constitute work readiness or qualification for project dispatch.
• Work Readiness (WORK_READY): A distinct, dynamically evaluated eligibility gate. Work readiness depends on the specific verification policy in effect at the time of review, including identity, trade credentials, and active phone ownership verification.
• Current Availability: An operational schedule setting (such as available now, busy, or unavailable) indicating scheduling capacity. Setting availability does not grant work readiness.
• Project Allocation: Actual allocation depends on local platform demand, geographic proximity, customer specifications, and trade capability.

3. Truthful Information & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the security and integrity of the platform network:

• Accurate Submissions: Partners must provide complete and truthful profile information, trade experience, and contact details.
• Forged Evidence Prohibited: Submitting altered, fabricated, or forged verification documents or impersonating another professional is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent termination.
• Authentication & OTP Integrity: Partners must not bypass, tamper with, or share One-Time Passwords (OTPs) or security credentials. Automated bot requests or brute-force attempts are strictly barred.

4. Referral Program & HandyCoins

HandyFabricator provides a one-time referral incentive program:

• Referral Reward: 50 HandyCoins are awarded once per verified referral registration of a qualified partner using an authorized referral link.
• No Recurring Work Commissions: HandyCoins are granted strictly on verified onboarding; the platform does not offer recurring work-based referral percentages or pyramid structures.
• Anti-Abuse: Self-referrals, duplicate registrations, and collusive accounts will forfeit all rewards and face immediate account deactivation.

5. Operational Messaging Channels

By registering, you acknowledge that HandyFabricator delivers communications through designated operational channels:

• Security ownership verification challenges are delivered via the official WhatsApp Cloud API or SMS.
• General operational status updates and milestone notices are communicated via the platform notification bridge or SMS.

6. Limitation of Liability

The HandyFabricator Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HandyFabricator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from project execution, trade disputes, or platform downtime.
